Owner's Special Meeting Update

Dear Lakeshore Preserve Homeowners,

We are happy to announce that the recent vote regarding the pursuit of litigation against Toll Brothers for construction defects and deficit funding was a resounding success. Due to high attendance and proxy submissions, we were able to meet quorum, and with an overwhelming majority in favor, we are now able to take the necessary steps to address these critical issues and uphold the integrity of this community.

The decision to pursue litigation was not taken lightly. It follows a thorough examination of the facts, consultation with legal experts, and consideration of all available options. Our primary objective remains to hold the developers accountable for any deficiencies in construction and to secure the funding needed to rectify these issues without placing an undue burden on homeowners.

We understand that litigation can be a complex and time-consuming process, and we recognize that this decision may raise questions and concerns among homeowners. Rest assured, we are here to provide ongoing communication and transparency throughout the litigation process. We will keep you informed of any significant developments and welcome your feedback and input along the way.

The Board of Directors and management sincerely appreciate all homeowners who participated in the vote and supported this important initiative. Your engagement and dedication to the well-being of this community has set us on the right path to a better financial future Lakeshore Preserve.
