IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SPECTRUM SERVICE
We are writing to inform you that Lakeshore Preserve Community Homeowners Association has signed an agreement with Spectrum to provide the following Internet and TV services, effective December 28, 2023
Spectrum Internet@ Gig with speeds up to 1 Gbps with home WiFi equipment, including 1 FREE Modem & Router
Spectrum TV Essentials
To upgrade, call Spectrum Customer Service at 1-833-416-0868. You will be billed separately for any additional upgrades, services, or equipment.
UPDATE FROM SPECTRUM 11/28/2023
I am the assigned Account Executive and provide the plan for the community. You have assigned our Property Staff Support team that will handle ordering the equipment that comes with the new plan and handle any technical issues that you may have.
The plan has not loaded to the account as of yet. Operations is still working on coding the plan to your account. There will be a flyer mailed to the community a week before the plan goes live on 12/28
With the Spectrum TV App, residents can instantly access their full TV lineup and thousands of On Demand shows and movies when connected to their at-home WiFi network. Once an account is created, users can take advantage of all the app’s features, including access to a limited channel lineup on-the-go, the ability to download shows and movies – and even program their DVR.
The Spectrum TV App is available on Android and iOS devices including mobile, tablet, Apple TV, Xbox One, Roku, Samsung Smart TV and at SpectrumTV.com.
Spectrum TV Essentials is only viewable through the Spectrum TV App using a streaming device such as Xumo Stream Box, Samsung Smart TV, Roku, XBOX One, or Apple TV. Spectrum TV Essentials includes over 70+ channels (lineup may vary based on customer service address).
To avoid being charged for your Spectrum Receiver, you will need to return it. Please bring your equipment to any The UPS Store location. Visit theupsstore.com for locations.
Your current billing rate will continue until the first bill after the agreement goes into effect. Your new bill will reflect the services your property management has agreed to with Spectrum, as well as any equipment or services you have outside the renewed agreement.
As a resident of this property, the many benefits of Spectrum Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services are available to you. Spectrum may also have the right to exclusively market certain services to this property; Spectrum may not be the exclusive provider of these services at this property, services from other providers may be available.
