Lakeshore Preserve 2025 Committees

The Board is especially seeking new volunteers for the Architectural Review Committee, Finance Committee and the new Maintenance and Welcome Committees. You can express interest in volunteering by completing the form at: https://forms.office.com/r/WcE7FzYTzL

Landscaping Update

Juniper Landscaping will be performing mowing services this week. They will be starting in section one (community entrance and the townhome areas) and will be working their way through subsequent sections throughout the week.

Becker & Poliakoff Construction Defect Townhall Meeting

We would like to inform you that the Association Counsel will be moving forward with defective testing of the townhomes from January 14th to 17th, 2025. To ensure homeowners are well-informed and have the opportunity to address any questions or concerns prior to the testing, Becker & Poliakoff is excited to host a townhall meeting on January 9th at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the Lakeshore Preserve Clubroom Lounge, with Becker & Poliakoff joining us via Zoom.

Please note: Homeowners will have the opportunity to join the town hall virtually, but we will not be able to accommodate questions from the virtual audience. We encourage all townhome owners to attend in person if possible if they would like to ask questions.

Holiday Decorations:

We would like to extend a friendly reminder, that per Lakeshore Preserve’s rules & regulations, holiday decorations must be removed no later than January 15th.
