Traffic Committee Board post Board meeting update:
The Board agreed to look for community input pertaining to adding additional speed limit signs throughout the community. We currently have two and OC has recommended adding 4 more.
The Lakeshore town home committee will evaluate adding additional sign blades along the HOA owned town home alleyways.
The Board has agreed to obtain quotes and community input pertaining to the Traffic Committee recommendation to add fencing or additional shrubs to deter high school students from cutting through our lawn and parking their cars along our public roadways located within Lakeshore.
The Lakeshore Traffic Committee would like to remind residents to following traffic rules for the safety and wellbeing of those residing in our neighborhood. Since school is starting we ask that parents with children attending PLES to utilize the school designated drop off and pick up procedures when transporting your children to school via automobile. The PLES pedestrian gate is "only" designed for walkers and bike riders and is for the safety and wellbeing of the students and pedestrians in the area.
