08/07/2023 Work Session Recap:

Pool Vendors are coming today to fix the pool followed by the pool company to get the pool ready to swim. HOPEFULLY!, this will be completed today and we will be able to provide you with a safe to swim update.

We are on the schedule for today to have the Grill replaced.

Board members will follow up with orange county police detective regarding this weekends clubhouse and traffic incident which is tied into a July 14th event involving the same individuals. This is an ongoing situation and we cannot provide any additional details here other then to inform you that we are working with police and will be meeting making a recommendation to our hearing committee on how to handle the homeowner or homeowners involved.

The board discussed the future of portable basketball hoops and will make a recommendation to the rules committee.

The board discussed putting more clear rules/permissions in place for people who have Campers/Rv's giving them fair time to load up prior to a trip.

Lorena will be sending mass communications requesting more town home committee volunteers.

Lorena will be sending mass communications with instructions on how to access the new lakeshore-preserve website and documents.

Lorena will be sending an email mass communication today related the the Spectrum services options. We will be closing that survey this week, Thursday August 10th.

Board discussed the trimming and of the bush's around the townhomes.

Board discussed having our cleaning service appoint a 1x per week handy person to walk to community and fix and complete little projects that would otherwise take weeks or. months to find contractors.

Board members will be riding the street next Monday looking for budget items for next year.

Board will be requesting a meeting with t he Finance committee for Friday the 18th to go over those budget items and other items for nexts years budget.
