Townhome Survey

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the quality and safety of our community, the Board of Directors and management are collaborating with the association’s general counsel to distribute a survey to gather feedback on any construction defects or issues you may have experienced in your townhomes. 

Becker & Poliakoff will be distributing the survey via email to homeowners, and we ask that you complete it fully and honestly to the best of your ability. Your input is invaluable in helping us identify areas that require attention and improvement all while we explore avenues of recourse and resolution.

We understand the unfortunate ordeal that construction defects can have on homeownership and look forward to making positive progress in reaching a solution to these matters.
