Let There Be Light

ree

Many, many thanks to Bryan Hammer of Hammerit Premier Outdoor Illumination, the townhome committee, and our HOA Board for seeing the mews lighting project through.  Hammerit Lighting exceeded all expectations and we now have beautiful, well-lit grassy areas and pathways.  In addition, they repaired lighting to Reflection and Great Parks.

What’s Happening Around Town?

Residents have noticed the tops of bushes in the alleyways appear to be uneven.  Juniper is currently trimming the sides of bushes and waiting for spring growth before trimming tops. Crew members are cleaning up more obvious scraggly tops while our landscape committee continues to monitor and make recommendations.  As always, if you have a landscape or irrigation concern be sure to open a ticket in the Juniper Sync portal.

Reminder of the Month:

Vehicles must not be parked in a such a manner that blocks alleyways, sidewalks, fire hydrants, or your neighbor’s garage.  This includes vendors you have doing work for you (electricians, pool cleaning companies, etc.).  In addition, please obey one-way alleyway signage.
