HOA Fees-What should they include for townhomes?

There’s been much discussion regarding townhome HOA fees and what services they should include.  In order to make an informed decision and proposal to our HOA Board, our Community Manager is currently seeking prices from approved vendors for the following services:  Dryer vent cleaning, pressure washing of entire unit, gutter cleaning, window washing, and roof soft wash.

What’s Happening Around Town?              

We are celebrating small wins!! Thank you to residents who have called OCSO Parking Enforcement Unit to report cars illegally parked in front of fire hydrants.  Officers have been responding to your requests, have been on-site to issue citations, and have connected with high school resource officers to inform students about speeding and illegally parking in Lakeshore.

Reminder of the Month: Residents have reported several alligator sightings in the neighborhood.  While mating season begins in May, males begin courting in April.  During that time they can travel several miles looking for a mate.  As always, please be reminded not to feed alligators (it is actually illegal in Florida), keep a safe distance if you see one, supervise children near any body of water, and keep small pets on a leash and away from water.  Always assume a body of water has a gator in it.
