Here's what's happening in October...
Landscape Update
Many thanks to our Landscape Committee for joining residents at our last meeting to
share information and answer questions. We continue to work together, share ideas,
and recommend solutions to the HOA Board. The following landscape items were addressed at the meeting:
Weeding is completed every 3 weeks. Weeds less than 4 inches will be treated with chemicals. Weeds longer than 4 inches will be hand-pulled.
Dead alleyway trees are to be removed by homeowners. You must submit an on-line ARC application and receive approval before you take any action. In addition, always consult the ARC guidelines before making any changes/additions/modifications to the exterior of your home.
Have a landscaping issue? Work not being completed according to schedule? Please submit a ticket through the Juniper Sync portal.
Alleyway tree trimming project - More information to come once we receive details from the HOA Board.
Lighting Project Update
All quotes and proposals have been submitted to the Board for review. Once the Board
makes a decision, I will share details including dates and scope of work.
Crosswalk Striping
Our Community Manager Lorena is currently seeking bids to have crosswalk striping
painted on Fountain Palm and European Fan Palm, creating a safer walkway across
these two heavily travelled alleyways.
Garbage Cans
Garbage cans should be put out no earlier than 6PM on Tuesday evening and put away
no later than 5PM on Wednesday. Remember garbage can lids must be closed
completely in order for sanitation to pick it up. They will not pick up trash bags set
next to your cans or on top of them. In addition, Wednesday night is the only time to
put out large items including discarded furniture, boxes, and bagged landscape debris.
Townhome Owner Guidebook
Townhome Committee member Stancia is currently creating a Townhome Owner
Guidebook. This will serve as a wonderful resource for townhome owners. We look
forward to the finished product. In advance, thank you Stancia!
