A is for Alleyway!

Last month alleyway trees were significantly trimmed to, not only a manageable height for Juniper to maintain, but also a height that provides visibility and safety. Many thanks to our Landscape Committee for overseeing this project. They will continue to monitor tree growth and viability.

We continue to need your help with vendors that park in the alleyways creating frustration as well as blocked roads. Please remind vendors working in your unit to utilize the parking pads or park on surrounding streets.

What’s Happening Around Town?

The Board has awarded the mews lighting contract to Hammerit Lighting. Early next year all current light fixtures will be removed and new lighting will be installed, once again illuminating this beautiful area. This project will coincide with sod replacement of two areas of the mews.

For all townhome owners is on Monday, November 13th at 4:00PM in the Clubhouse.

Board Meeting

Approve 2024 budget for all residents of Lakeshore is on Tuesday, November 14th at 6:00PM in the Clubhouse.

Reminder of the Month:

Our gym is for residents only. Personal trainers are not allowed. In addition, please be mindful this is a shared space. If you bring young children with you, please ensure their safety and the safety of others by watching them closely. They should not be running or climbing on equipment. Lastly, never share your fob with outsiders, relatives, or friends who do not reside here.
