It’s Up to Us

The end of the year is always a great time to pause and reflect. It is no different for all of us on the Townhome Committee to sit back and think about all that has been accomplished since July when HOA Board Member Chris Silva wanted to get a group of townhome owners together to discuss issues. Two residents showed up at Chris’s home that day; however, since then this group has morphed into a much larger group, a committee has been formed, and monthly meetings take place where we all not only share concerns, but we also share friendship and work together on solutions. Our wish for 2024 is that you continue to support this committee by attending meetings when you can, maintaining your property in accordance to HOA rules and regulations, asking questions when unsure, and of course thanking those who take good care of our beautiful community. Hope to see you at our next gathering Monday, December 11th at 6:30PM in the Clubhouse.

What’s Happening Around Town?

Many thanks to residents for reminding vendors there is no parking in the alleyways. Progress is certainly being made!! As a reminder we own, pay for, and maintain these alleys, which are designated only for residents getting to and from their garages. Alley lighting is provided by all of us via the lights on garages, also known as coach lights. Please make sure you are in compliance by having all of your garage lights in working order.

Alleyway Safety Tips:

• Please obey one-way alleyway signage.

• Remember pedestrians always have the right of way.

• Alleys should not be blocked at any time.

• Slower traffic is a must.

Reminder of the Month: Quiet Hours

Per Orange County, Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM-7:00AM daily. Please be courteous and refrain from loud noise, banging, construction-type work, and loud music during quiet hours. This includes noise in your garage and courtyards. Thank you for your cooperation.
