Welcome!

Welcome to the first edition of The Townhome Times, a monthly newsletter specifically for townhome residents at Lakeshore! The newly-formed Townhome Committee realizes the unique needs of townhome living and hopes this publication will serve as a resource for you and your family.

Interested in serving on the Lakeshore Townhome Committee? We’d love to have you join us! We meet monthly to discuss townhome concerns, share ideas, and propose solutions. If interested, please click below.

What’s Happening Around Town?

In the coming weeks you’ll notice our landscaping crews taking extra care of select trees in the townhome areas (common areas, alleyways, and in front of homes).Trees will be cut back to 6 feet, making future trimmings more manageable and allowing these beautiful trees to thrive in our community. The HOA Board, in tandem with the Landscape Committee, continue to work together to prioritize additional landscape needs throughout the community.

Have an individual landscape request? Be sure to open a ticket (request) via Juniper Sync.

Reminder of the Month: Garage Coach Lights

Did you know townhome owners are responsible for making sure their garage lights and photosensors are in working order? This month please check the lights on the sides of your garage and make sure both top & bottom lights are working. These lights provide much-needed lighting (and safety) in our alleyways at night.

Garage lights not working? Be sure to check the photosensor. It may need replacing. Need new lightbulbs? They are PAR30 Longneck bulbs and can easily be ordered on Amazon.
