Practically Perfect Pavers

Thanks to residents who reported fertilizer stains on multiple pavers in front of their homes and on walkways and sidewalks.  Community Manager Lorena and the landscape committee shared our concerns with Juniper who took to the pavers immediately and scrubbed all of the stains out.

Safety First

The Townhome Committee is working with the HOA Board and Lorena on the following items that will be completed this year:

• Crosswalk painting on Fountain Palm and European Fan Palm Alleys.

• Crosswalk signage to alert drivers to the crosswalk.

• Private Road-Residence Use Only & 10mph Speed Limit signage for alleyways.

Input Needed

We need your input!  What do you want your HOA fees to include? Pressure washing of your entire unit, including courtyards? Annual soft wash of your roof? Gutter cleaning? Window washing? YOUR opinion matters and the HOA Board looks to YOU as they plan for 2025.  We are currently seeking your suggestions on what you want to be included in our HOA fee.  With that being said, remember everything comes with a cost.

Reminder of the Month

From ARC Guidelines: Holiday lights and decorations must be removed no later than January 15.  Brackets, clips, and other holiday holders for holiday lights must also be removed.  This includes holiday-colored lightbulbs in exterior light fixtures.

Did You Know?

From ARC Guidelines:  Did you know that the front entry to your townhome (this includes porches) cannot be used for storage of any kind? This includes shoes and shoe racks.  In addition, only outdoor-grade furniture (seating, tables) and lighting is permitted.
