Great Things are Happening!

The Townhome Committee is working diligently on your behalf, specifically on several major issues including meeting with landscape lighting designers to update lighting in the mews, discussing a plan to take care of the overgrown alleyway bushes, and setting up a date for the pressure washing of units, paver pathways, garage aprons, and parking pads. Together with our HOA Board we are getting things done!

Thank you to the Board for having Juniper remove the large tree that was blocking the stop sign on European Fan Palm. Next up for Juniper – Removing wooden tree supports & metal rods, and trimming Italian Cypress trees to 6 feet below the roofline/gutters.

What's Happening Around Town?

Several second-floor townhome shutters on Bismarck Palm have been replaced. Many thanks to our HOA Board for taking care of this unsightly defect.

Reminder of the Month: Wood-Burning Firepits

With cooler fall evenings quickly approaching, please be reminded that wood-burning fire pits are not allowed. Due to shared exterior walls, messy flying ash, and embers it was decided by our rules committee last year that the only safe option for townhomes is gas or propane fire pits. Thank you for keeping our community safe!

Last Reminder...

• Please remove "PRIVATE RESIDENT" signs from the front of your unit.

• Please replace garage coach lights.
