Reminders for Townhome Owners

ree

Notice Date: September, 2023

Published by: The Townhome Committee

Garage Coach Lights and Other Outdoor Lighting

All garage coach lights must be in working order, meaning all bulbs working so that our alleyways are illuminated, providing both light and safety for all. The bulbs to order are PAR30 Longnecks in Warm White. They can be ordered on Amazon. All owners are to be in compliance by October 1st, 2023.

Private Residence Signs

All Private Residence signs and posts must be removed and disposed of by October 1st, 2023.

Parking Pads

Parking pads are available on first come-first serve basis. They are not a storage pad; therefore, cars and trucks should not remain parked there for an extended period of time. Please be courteous with these shared spaces.

Garbage & Recycle Bins

Please adhere to the following polices:

  • Garbage and recycle bins are to be placed in the alleyway no earlier than 6:00PM on the night before garbage is collected.

  • In order for the sanitation department to collect your garbage and recycled goods, the lids of the bins must be completely closed. In addition, they will not pick up loose items or garbage bags placed on top of or on the ground next to your bins. They will only pick up items in the bins with the lid closed all the way.

  • After garbage and recycled goods are picked up, your garbage and recycle bins are to be put away no later than 5:00PM that same day. Bins should be kept out of view of street view.

  • Please do not store or leave garbage or any other items on the side or in front of your unit or garage. The sides of your home are not to be used for storage. Please keep all outdoor areas neat and clean.

Fire Pits

Open wood-burning firepits are never allowed on townhome property. This includes your courtyard, garage apron, porch, as well as your front and side yard. For safety reasons the only approved firepits are gas and propane.

Rental of Townhome Units

The Community Rules clearly dictate that townhome owners may not rent rooms or a portion of their unit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You may only rent the entire unit per a twelve-month lease and said lease must be on-file with the Community Manager.

Owners found not in compliance will receive appropriate fines and/or violations, and may also have community privileges suspended.
