Pressure Washing Townhomes

Townhomes Owners,

Please be advised, that townhomes pressure washing will begin tomorrow which is Thursday, November 30, 2023. The company will arrive at 7:30 am.

Please note the following :

• The courtyard is not included.

• Townhomes owners are responsible for removing all items from the Walkways, porches, doorway entrances, walls, holiday decorations, decorations, furniture, etc.

• If you don’t remove the above-stated items your entryway and/or porch will not pressure washing.

• All pavers walkways into mews and garage paver aprons will also be pressure washed at this time.

• Parking pads will also be pressure washed, therefore not parking on the parking pads until the project is completed. Notices will be placed on the card as a reminder.
