The ARC is defined in the community’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The ARC is a permanent committee of the Association and shall administer and perform the architectural and landscape review and control functions relating to the Community. The ARC shall develop and regularly evaluate the Architectural Guidelines and communicate these guidelines to the Association. As needed the ARC should coordinate with the Rules Committee, Landscape Committee and Conservation and Lakes Committee. The Committee should report regularly to the Board and CAM.
