Minor AR Guidelines Changes

On October 24th, the Board of Directors approved three minor changes to the Architectural Review Guidelines. These changes relate to:

• Limiting the encroachment of trees and shrubs from one lot onto a neighboring lot (see page 16 of the Guidelines)

• Clarifying that hedge plantings should be at least 18" from the property line (or more if the expected growth habit of the plant requires it to prevent encroachment on the neighboring lot) (see page 19 of the Guidelines)

• Clarifying that an AR application to install exterior security cameras must include images showing the expected view of each camera (see page 35 of the Guidelines)

Homeowners are reminded that all exterior modifications (including landscaping, painting, and permanent decorations) require approval by the Architectural Review Committee. The full Guidelines are available in the Documents section of the website.
