The Landscape Committee exists to assists the Board in managing the maintenance and improvement of the community’s landscaping. The committee will monitor landscape vendor performance, attend monthly meeting with vendor, report regularly to the Board and CAM, develop community landscape priorities, recommend further enhancements and replacements for long term community landscaping stability.
