Tuesday - August 22nd, 2023 at 5pm is the deadline for any interested homeowner to put their name in the running to be a Board Members for the Lakeshore Preserve HOA.
William Gonzalez the current Board Treasurer and Nick Trawinski the current Board Vice President have both their seats up for election. The Board is also seeking a 3rd candidate to complete the 5 member Board of Directors for Lakeshore Preserve.
Directors will serve two-year terms. If you are interested in running, we've attached the Candidate Notice of Intent document along withe the Candidate Information form that needs to completed and dropped off at the club house with Lorena or emailed by clicking the link below.
Annual Meeting Information
The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 6pm in the cafeteria at Horizon High School. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of the Board of Directors and any other business brought by the Board. The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be mailed on or before August 29, 2023.
There are two ways you can vote in the Board of Directors election: (a) you can vote in person at the Annual Meeting on September 12, or (b) you can vote online prior to the meeting. (Note: there will be no proxy voting at the annual meeting as per the Association Bylaws as amended in August 2022). If you want to be able to vote online you must return the “Consent to Electronic Voting” form (ATTACHED TO THIS BLOG) and return it to the Community Association Manager by 5pm on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. This form was included in the mailing and is also attached to this email. Completed forms can be returned in person at the Clubhouse, emailed to lakeshorepreserve.fl@fsresidential.com, or mailed to Lakeshore Preserve Community Homeowners Association, Inc., c/o FirstService Residential, Attn: Lorena Navas, Manager, 2300 Maitland Center Parkway, Maitland, FL 32751.
