2024 Proposed Budget

Homeowners should be receiving the official notice of the Budget Adoption Board Meeting in the mail this week. The meeting will be held November 14 at 6 pm in the Clubhouse. Included in the mailing (and in a mass communication email that went to the community today) is a letter from the Board about our budget priorities for 2024. We welcome your questions and feedback. There is a separate post on the website which includes an online form where you can submit these.
Many people wonder exactly what their HOA dues pay for. The Board included several summaries in the budget mailing to help make this clear. Below is a graph showing how our 'common expenses' (those paid equally by all homeowners) are spent.

The mailing included a breakdown by each home type as well. We encourage you to review these documents.
