The Conservation and Lakes Committee (CLC) is charged with overseeing the HOA’s responsibilities regarding lakes, ponds, conservation areas, and water management systems within the Community. The CLC will regularly document lake and conservation area conditions, ensure that proper signage is maintained, and (with the CAM) monitor the work of any outside vendors contracted for lake or conservation area maintenance. The CLC will create, and regularly review, a set of Guidelines for Homeowners related to our conservation areas with the goal of creating consistency and transparency in terms of conservation area maintenance and appearance. Along with the Board and CAM, the CLC will act as a liaison with Orange County, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and other authorities. The CLC will coordinate with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) in regard to any homeowner proposals that impact the conservation areas.
