The Finance Committee exists to assist the Board in developing the Association’s annual budget and providing guidance to ensure the long-term financial stability of the Association. The committee will review monthly financial statements, report regularly to Board, develop annual budgets, assist with strategic financial planning, suggest cost control measures.
