About the Event
Dear Lakeshore Preserve Residents:
On August 1 the Association mailed the official “First Notice of Annual Meeting” to the address of record for all homeowners. I wanted to email to provide a few reminders/clarifications regarding this notice.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 6pm in the multi-purpose room at the High School cafeteria at Horizon High School, 10393 Seidel Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of the Board of Directors and any other business brought by the Board. The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be mailed on or before August 29, 2023.
There are three seats on the Board of Directors up for election this year (the seats currently held by Nicholas Trawinski and William Gonzalez and one open seat). Directors serve for two-year terms. If you would like to be a candidate for the Board of Directors,…
